CI7Y OF ROSEVTLLE <br />Regular Meeting of the City Coun.cil - October 7, 1974. <br />The City Council met on the above date with the folZowing <br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, CoLmcilmen Curley, Aemos, <br />Hess an�_ �ennana <br />Mayo�° Linebarger made the following two proclamations: <br />Io That the week of October 27 through November 2, 1974 <br />be observed as AMERICAN EDLTCATION WEEK in Raseville; and <br />2. That the week of October 2Q through 26, 1974 be proclaimed <br />as National Business Women's Weeko <br />A-1 Brennan Moved., Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of <br />September 30, 1974, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Gtiirley, Demos, <br />Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. Nays: None. <br />D�-1 Linebarger Moved and Hess 5econded, that the C�ty Attorney be <br />instructed to prepare the following �nendment to the IiQuox <br />ox°dinance : <br />1) Section 151o04Q(2) should provide that with the appli- <br />�ation for renewaT the Appiicant shall file a siatement <br />which shows the total gross sales and the total food <br />sales of the restaurant fox the last account�ng year. <br />The statement sha1l be subject to the approvaJ. of the <br />City Manager. <br />2) Section I51a050(2) Should provide that $500 of the on-sale <br />Iicense fee sha11 be paid before the appl�cation is accepted <br />and the remaining balance sha11 be pazd before the license <br />is issued. <br />Rall Ca11, Ayes: Curley, Demos, Hess, Brennan and Linebarger. <br />E-1 Gtizrley Moved, Demos Seconded, that a public hearing be established <br />for November I8, I974, for Daryl Farr Development Corporation's <br />request for amended special use permit at 1650 Highway 36.
