McCrossan, Inc., <br />for the constructian of Commerce Street, State Farm Road and Herschel Street, <br />carrying th� project idehtification number of P-73-19, P-73-20 and P-73-21. 7his <br />work has now been compleied and the contractor has requested that the payments be <br />finalized. The consulting firm of Banister, Short, Ei]ioti, Hendrickson, and Asso- <br />ciates, who have done the d�sign ins�ection and reviewed the application, as have <br />our engineering staf�f, and we find it to be accurate and acceptable. The amount <br />of this 4th and Final Payment request is $29,475.02. <br />Recommended Action: Approve the 4th and Final Payment to C. S. McCrossan, <br />Incorporated, in �he amount of $29,475.02 on imprave- <br />ments P-73-19, P-73-20 and SS-W-E?=73-21. <br />
