WfiII�EAS, the Legislatuxe flt the State of Minnesota, did approve on May 21, 1973, House File 217, Chap�er 46� o� the 1973 Law relating to the City of Raseville Firemen`s Relief Assaciation Service Pensions by amending L�as 1965, Chapter 598, Section 1, 5ub. 1, and WI-�RF.AS, the City of itr�seville and the Firement s Relie£ Assaciation bath desire that one �urther change be made in the language naw embodied. in Chap�er 4b4; N�W, THER�TrORE, BE IT RES�LVID by the City Council a£ fhe City of Roseville, that the S�atie Legislatoxs representing the City of Rosevil�e be requested to intxaduce legislation i.n the 1975 Session to amend Laws 1973, Chapter 464, Sectian 2, to read as �ollows: "The t;i�y Courzcil sha11 have a power by ordinance to increase �the sex�rice pensions authorized by Sectian l, £or twen�ty (2Q) years service to a maxir� of $1$0 per month plus $3.00 per month for each year of serv�ice zn excess of twenty (ZO) years up to a m�xi.mwn of $27Q per m4nth. Such ordinance x£ enacted shall apply to members retiring prior to ar a��er the effective date of �he ordinance and nv increase sha�.1 be granted unless justified by an actuarzal surtirey."
