It would seem that <br />prior to June I5, of this year, there wotild be sufficient infoxmation <br />avaa�ab2e to indicate an accurate estimate of the City's cost, if any, <br />}�ecause of the Northern States I'owe: applicatian, If it appeared that <br />the costs would he unreasonably high, the City coulcl give notice of its <br />termination. Iiowever, it is also assumed that the City would be ►,�illing <br />to share a reasonable and proportionate share af the costs, if it joined <br />in rhe first instance. <br />
