We just received clarification this afternoon from Thomas Paschke <br />~n the City's position regarding current uses of the property. We need to assess Mr. Paschke's position <br />before the applicant decides that it wants to move forward with the rezoning request or withdraw the <br />request. <br /> <br />We realize the 60 day time frame for review of this matter expires 11/13/05. As such, we waive the 60 day <br />requirement so this matter can be heard on 11/14/05. <br /> <br />I will attend tonight's meeting to confirm that this item has been tabled. Please advise the Mayor and City <br />Manager accordingly. Perhaps the tabling action can be placed on the consent agenda. <br /> <br />Thank you. <br /> <br />James R.
