<br />City Council Regular Meeting -11/14/05 <br />Minutes - Page 13 <br /> <br />City's Comprehensive Plan guidelines and the Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment Master Plan; recommending Council approval of <br />the rezoning and PUD Agreement in its draft form, as presented. <br /> <br />Discussion included consistencies with Twin Lakes zoning <br />related to the long-range visions of the Comprehensive Plan <br />guidelines; permitted uses; current and potential tenant uses; <br />market dictates; and parcel-specific compliance. <br /> <br />Jim Walston, Applicant Representative <br />Mr. Walston concurred with staff's recommendation and <br />negotiated terms of the PUD Agreement; with the exception of <br />language in Item 7.2.B. and discussed their concerns and <br />practical applications. <br /> <br />Mr. Paschke provided staff's perspective in providing checks and <br />balances for the City to ensure compliance and conformity <br />within multi-tenant buildings, while allowing flexibility with the <br />site. Mr. Paschke noted that this was an ongoing issue for staff <br />with multi-tenant buildings; and would prevent staff attempting <br />to correct non-compliance issues after a multi-year lease <br />agreement had been put in place between the property owner and <br />prospective tenants. Mr. Paschke noted that this was particularly <br />important in the newly-developing Twin Lakes area. <br /> <br />Mr. Walston requested tabling of further discussion or resolution, <br />as his client had not yet arrived. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing temporarily tabled this item at 7:05 p.m. for Mr. <br />Walston to consult with his client upon arrival. <br /> <br />During 2006 Budget discussions, the applicant and his <br />representative consulted, and at 7:20 p.m., Mayor Klausing <br />returned to the discussion of this item. <br /> <br />Mr. Walston, the applicant, and staff had consulted and found <br />language resolution approved by all parties. <br /> <br />[8.1] <br />Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, enacted Ordinance No. 1330 <br />entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Title 10 of the City Code, <br />
