Roll Call [8.1J Ayes: Maschka; Schroeder; Kough; Ihlan and Klausing. Nays: None. [8.2J Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the Final Development Plan (plans, exhibits and specifications); and a Planned Unit Development Agreement #1330, (stipulating the terms and conditions under which the development and future expansion must occur), between the City of Roseville and Minnesota Industrial Ventures, LLC, for property and building at 2770-2812 Fairview Avenue, totaling approximately 4.89 acres with 76,000 square feet of building and associated site improvements; subject to City Attorney's final review and approval by the Mayor and City Manager; as modified. Item 7.2, B, to read: "Any continuation of the above tenancies and/or new use of the rental spaces must be in compliance with the list of allowable B-6 uses in Section 1005.015 of the Roseville City Code. In the event a new tenant assumes use of a space, or there is a substantial change in the use of an existing tenant identified above, the DEVELOPER [OR SUCCESSOR(s)] shall t"J€lBsultant [provide notice to] ~ the Community Development Director or designee to assure the use is consistent."
