A petition was also provided to the City Council immediately prior to tonight's meeting with fifty-nine (59) signatures, petitioning for a review of the Roseville Planning Commission approval for creation of a 10 lot Single Family Development on Parker Avenue (PF3665). City Planner Thomas Paschke reviewed the October 24,205 City Council meeting and their action to continue indefinitely the Ron Anderson request to subdivide three parcels of land along parker Avenue and re-plat those parcels into three single-family home sites with a public cul-de-sac street. Mr. Paschke noted that at that same meeting, staff and the City Attorney were directed to "prepare a moratorium ordinance for Council consideration with respect to Title 11 of the City Code, related to subdivisions, plats, minor subdivisions, platting procedures, preliminary plats and related issues for the purpose of conducting a study reviewing ordinances and policies.
