<br />described by State Statutes, Plan B Form of Government. Roll Call,

<br />the City Manager recruitment process in an amount not to exceed
<br />$40,000 to be paid from the Administrative salary account or the
<br />contingent account for direct and related expenses associated with the

<br />Lexington; Park Master Plan and the authorization for Brauer and
<br />Associatd, at a cost of:$40,000, to complete the plans and
<br />specifications as directed and to enter into a contracfwith R.A. Morton,
<br />at a cost of $11 ,000, for construction mana'ger services in the
<br />development of Lexington Park with the moneys taken from the PIP
<br />budgeted for Lexington Park. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,

<br />K ysylyczyn moved, Mastel seconded, to approve construction of a
<br />privacy fence at 2214 Lexington Avenue in an amount not to exceed
<br />$9,500 from the Housing Fund under the Borders and Buffers program.
<br />Upon direction to proceed, staff will obtain a complete bid from each of
<br />the two contractors and select the most complete, cost effective, high
<br />quality proposal. In addition, staff will prepare a waiver of trespass to
<br />be signed by the property owner (Mr. Hansen) to allow construction of
<br />the .fence. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and
