Disobeying Order of Police Officer: No person shall fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any police officer within the City. (Ord. 556, 8-14-67) C. False Crime Reports; False Informa- tion: No person shall report or cause to be reported to the Police Depart- ment by telephone, in writing or by any other means of communication any felony, gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor knowing that no such felony, gross misdemeanor or misde- meanor has, in fact, been committed, nor shall any person, in reporting a felony, gross misdemeanor or misde- meanor which has actually been com- mitted, knowingly give false informa- tion about the same to the Police Department.
