<br />Planning Experience <br />Key <br />Surface Water Management Plan Update – Oakdale, Minn. <br />deliverables for this project included an update to the City-wide <br />hydrologic model and incorporating the volume control requirements of <br />the three watershed districts -RWMWD, VBWD and SWWD. <br />Surface Water Management Plan Update and Non-Degradation Analysis – <br />Established volume control requirements and <br />Maplewood, Minn. <br />incorporated recommendations of Non-degradation Analysis. Included <br />coordination with three watershed districts - RWMWD, CRWD, and <br />VBWD. <br /> Included <br />Surface Water Management Plan Update – Chanhassen, Minn. <br />city-wide hydrologic model update; completion of MnRAM wetland <br />assessments and GIS-mapping for more than 385 wetlands, 85 ponds and <br />several lake and stream corridor features. Included field survey <br />sewer structures, creation of GIS-based database; updating lake <br />management and development of goals and policies through the City’s <br />Task Force. <br />Update <br />Surface Water Management Plan Update – Shoreview, Minn. <br />focused on NPDES Phase II program requirements, hydrologic model <br />updating wetland inventory and addressing the goals and policies <br />local Watershed Management Organizations. Another key aspect of <br />project was creating an “chapterized” web-based version of the plan as the <br />primary format. <br />Second Generation Water Resources Management Plan – Burnsville, <br /> Included update of the City-wide hydrologic model and provides <br />Minn. <br />consistency with the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Established a 15-year, <br />$25 million CIP for addressing goals and activities of more than <br />implementation topics. The Plan fulfills much of MPCA’s NPDES Phase II <br />permit program requirements. <br /> <br />Kinnickinnic River Watershed Management Plan - River Falls, Wis. <br />Comprehensive water quality and hydrologic study of 64-square miles <br />tributary area to the Kinnickinnic River – one of Midwest’s highest quality <br />trout waters. Addressed the impacts of urban runoff. Included th <br />monitoring, water quality monitoring, modeling of urban runoff a <br />ground water assessment. Implementation plan designed to <br />accommodate development while protecting the cold-water resource <br />from the thermal and total suspended solids influence of runoff. <br />Engineering standards and developer guidelines focused on mimick <br />12% impervious through land use controls and infiltration practi <br /> <br />| page 18 <br />firm background and qualifications <br /> <br />
