<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2561 Victoria Street, <br />based on the findings of Section 5 of the project report dated September 26,2006 and subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The site being developed with setbacks as per the site plan in the applications <br />dated August 5, 2005. <br /> <br />2. The worship center and associated addition/improvements footprint being limited <br />to 8,000 square feet. The basement must be used for storage. <br /> <br />3. The worship center and associated addition/improvements being comprised of <br />brick, metal trim, and metal or aluminum window and door frames that <br />blend/complement the existing building, or concrete pre-cast panels, <br />architecturally designed to blend/compliment the existing building. <br /> <br />4. The submittal of a grading/drainage/erosion/storm water management plan for the <br />site to the Grass Lake Water Management Organization for review and comment <br />and to the Roseville Public Works Department for review and approval. <br /> <br />5. The worship center, excluding the steeple, being limited to a maximum height of <br />31 feet from grade. <br /> <br />6. The installation of 6 new trees to line the north drive and new landscape beds <br />adjacent the existing and new addition. This proposed landscaping must be <br />submitted in the form of a landscape plan in compliance with Section 1010 of the <br />Roseville City Code and prepared by a registered landscape architect. The plan <br />must be reviewed and approved by the city landscape architect prior to issuance of <br />permits. <br /> <br />7. All HV AC, power generation, and trash storage equipment being screened to meet <br />the requirements of City Code Section 1010. <br /> <br />8. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire within six months after the <br />approval date (March 25, 2006) unless that applicant has been granted a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Schroeder, Thlan, Kough and Klausing. <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
