<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 11/28/05 <br />Minutes - Page 11 <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing closed the Public Hearing at 7:05 p.m. with no <br />one appearing for or against. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Ihlan seconded, adoption of Resolution No. <br />10354 entitled, "Resolution Directing the County Auditor to <br />Levy Unpaid Water, Sewer and Other City Charges for Payable <br />2006." <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Public Hearing to Consider 2006 Liquor License Renewals <br />and Corresponding Motion <br />Mayor Klausing opened the Public Hearing at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />Finance Director Chris Miller reviewed a list of 70 liquor <br />renewal applicants for the year 2006; including 10 Off-Sale <br />Intoxicating; 24 On-Sale Intoxicating; 4 Club; 8 Wine; 14 On- <br />Sale 3.2 Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor; and 10 Off-Sale 3.2 Non- <br />Intoxicating Malt Liquor. Mr. Miller noted that the Police Chief <br />had reviewed all records and found no reason for denial of any of <br />the listed licenses; and further noted that the City Attorney would <br />review applications prior to issuance of any licenses to ensure <br />their order. <br /> <br />As part of the staff report dated November 28, 2005, a list of <br />renewal license holders was included. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing closed the Public Hearing at 7:08 p.rn. with no <br />one appearing for or against. <br /> <br />Ihlan moved, Kough seconded, approval the renewal of liquor <br />licenses for Calendar year 2006, with the condition that all <br />required application documents and fees be submitted prior to <br />issuance of individual licenses, as listed on the attached schedule <br />and presented as the Request for Council Action dated <br />November 28,2005. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />Liquor License <br />Renewals <br />
