The housing association is a nonprofit advocacy group for the rental housin! <br /> <br />Under the law, owners with fire or building code violations will get warnings before their license <br />period of time. If owners operate without a license, the city can fine them or prevent them from I <br />tenants. If an owner or manager commits a crime, the city also has the power to revoke a licem <br />three chances to solve problems with tenants committing crimes before violating the rentallicer <br /> <br />Molly Grove, director of municipal affairs at the housing association, said it has been a long roa <br />beginning of the rental license debate, when the city was seemingly punishing rental property O' <br />mistakes of a few.
