<br />Housin!!: Maintenance Code & Rental Licensin!!:

<br />To: Rental property owners of single, duplex, triplex or four-plex
<br />units in the City ofRoseville
<br />
<br />Purpose: Request by the City ofRoseville to amend, by ordinance,
<br />jTitle 9 (Buil~ing Regulations) of the Roseville City Code pertaining
<br />to Rosevllle HousIng MaIntenance (Proposed SectIOn 906) and
<br />Rental Licensing (Proposed Section 907).
<br />
<br />The Roseville Housing Maintenance ordinance would provide the
<br />minimum acceptable standards for maintenance of existing buildings,
<br />structures, premises and facilities. The ordinance will protect health,
<br />safety and general welfare ofthe City and address neighborhood
<br />issues relating to propelty maintenance.
<br />
<br />The Rental Licensing Ordinance would require annual license and
<br />inspection of all rental propertics containing 4 or fewer units
<br />including single family homes that are being rented.
<br />
<br />You are invited to attend the pubic hearing.
<br />
<br />Time & Place of Hearing: The Roseville City Council will hold a
<br />public hearing on these proposed new City Code sections at 7:00
<br />p.m. on Mondav. November 28. 2005 in the City Hall Council
<br />Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive.
