<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 05/10/04 <br />Minutes - Page 10 <br /> <br />Mechanical Systems and installation from Hymark Electric Station <br />at a total project cost not to exceed $16,721.38. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />5. Recognitions <br /> <br />5.a <br /> <br />Recognize the Second Graders from Brimhall <br />Elementary School who toured the City Center Campus <br />on Tuesday, April 27, 2004. <br />Councilmember Kough provided visuals from a "mock" <br />Council meeting held by second graders from Brimhall <br />Elementary School; and their "actions," taken related to <br />budget issues. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing suggested the students return when the <br />City Council begins their 2005 Budget deliberations to <br />assist Councilmembers in prioritizing city-wide goals. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Moser Builders' Request for Final Approval of a Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD), Rezoning, and Subdivision Plat for <br />474 West County Road C (Romona Mogg Property), (PF <br />3489) <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke presented an overview of the <br />project, noting the developer was present, along with several <br />neighborhood residents. Mr. Paschke concluded his comments <br />by noting that the concept plan had been presented to the City <br />Council on September 15, 2003; staff was recommending <br />approval; and the Planning Commission had unanimously <br />approved the project on August 6, 2003. <br /> <br />Discussion items between Councilmembers and Mr. Paschke <br />included Outlot A, approximately 1-1/2 acres dedicated as park <br />land to the City as part of the Nature Center; it's nature as <br />wetland; delineation of the Outlot; possible boardwalk, but not <br />trail, construction on the dedicated land; <br /> <br />Bob Moser, representing Moser Builders, Developer <br />Mr. Moser reviewed the topography of the wetland area and its <br /> <br />Recognize <br />Brimhall <br />Elementary School <br />Second Graders <br /> <br />Ordinance 1306 <br />Moser Builders' <br />PUD, Rezoning, <br />and Subdivision <br />Plat for 474 West <br />County Road C <br />(Romona Mogg) <br />(PF 3489) <br />
