<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 05/10/04 <br />Minutes - Page 15 <br /> <br />Nature View, a land division creating seven residential lots, (one <br />for an existing home), a common lot and an outlot. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan noted, for the record, that she would be <br />voting against the motion, not as a reflection of the merits of the <br />project, but as a symbolic gesture expressing her commitment to <br />work on procedural issues for future projects. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: Ihlan. <br /> <br />9.2 <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, holding a second reading of <br />Ordinance No. 1306 entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Title 10 <br />of the City Code, Changing the Zoning Map Designation of <br />Certain Real Property at 474 County Road C from R-l Single <br />Family Residence District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />with an Underlying Zoning of R-l Single Family Residence <br />District (Lot 7), R-2 Two Family Residence District (Lots 1 - 7 <br />and 8), R-l, Single Family Residence District to POS, Park and <br />Open Space District (Outlot A); based on the project report dated <br />May 10,2004." <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan again noted, for the record, that she would <br />be voting against the motion, not as a reflection of the merits of <br />the project, but as a symbolic gesture expressing her commitment <br />to work on procedural issues for future projects. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: Ihlan. <br /> <br />9.3 <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, approval of the final <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) Agreement between the City <br />of Roseville and the developer, Moser Builders, Inc., with City <br />Attorney-recommended language modified to reflect language <br />amendments in Section 9.2 for a thirty foot (30') minimum <br />setback from the boundary line for side yards. <br />
