Ms. Bloom noted that staff would bring the proposed design before the City Council for their approval at a later date. Mr. Soler reiterated the County's process, given tonight's Council comments, noting that Ramsey County will continue the process to put the final layout together; identify right-of-way acquisitions; and receive feedback from the residents on width necessary for acquisition; and will continue work out the other details in anticipation of a final design to be developed. Councilmember Schroeder sought clarification from Mr. Soler as to consideration of placement of noise walls along the back of the properties along Pascal. Ms. Bloom and Mr. Soler concurred that noise wall installation was discussed, and would depend on the type of the rights-of- way and whether residents could agree on a single type of fence that could be incorporated into the project development. Councilmember Schroeder encouraged that Ramsey County and City staff continue to pursue a noise wall. 9.
