Add 6,312.00 <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing greeted members of the audience who were <br />trickling in from staff department displays in the hallway, <br />announcing that the City was concluding the business portion of <br />the meeting, and would be recessing for informal interaction <br />briefly. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Canvass the Vote from City's April 20th Special Election <br />City Manager Beets noted that the election returns as presented <br />in the staff report dated April 26, 2004 had been certified by the <br />Election Judges serving for the City, with oversight by Ramsey <br />County election officials. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded approval of the Special <br />Municipal Election held Tuesday, April 20, 2004 final results as <br />presented on the staff report dated April 26, 2004; and declared <br />Amy Ihlan elected to fill the Roseville City Council vacancy <br />ending on or about January 2,2006. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing and Councilmembers Kough and Schroeder <br />expressed their congratulations to Councilmember Ihlan; and the <br />audience responded with applause. <br /> <br />Recess <br /> <br />Canvass the Vote <br />from City's April <br />20th Special <br />Election <br /> <br />Recess <br />
