<br />SECTION I <br /> <br />RESTATED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1 <br />AS OF JUNE 20, 2005 <br /> <br />The City of Roseville adopted a Development Program and created Development <br />District No. 1 on October 13, 1982. At that time, Tax Increment Financing Districts <br />No. 1 and No. 2 were also created within Development District No. 1 and Tax <br />Increment Financing Plans were adopted. Subsequent to the initial tax increment <br />financing activity in 1982 and continuing through 1995, Tax Increment Financing <br />Districts Nos. 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16 and Hazardous Substance <br />Subdistrict No. 11A were created within Development District No. 1 and the <br />appropriate Tax Increment Financing Plans were adopted and added to the <br />Development Program. Additional tax increment financing activity within <br />Development District No. 1 from 1995 through 2003 included the decertification of <br />Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, and 15 and various <br />modifications to the Development Program and the Tax Increment Financing Plans <br />for the remaining Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 16. <br />All previous modifications and amendments to the Development Program and Tax <br />Increment Financing Plans are hereby incorporated into this Restated Development <br />Program. <br /> <br />This June 20, 2005 modification to the Development Program includes: <br /> <br />(1) a Restated Development Program for Development District No.1; <br /> <br />(2) the creation of Tax Increment Financing District No. 17 within Development <br />District No. 1 and the adoption and addition of its Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan to the Development Program; <br /> <br />(3) the creation of Hazardous Substance Subdistrict No. 17 A within Development <br />District No. 1 and the adoption and addition of its Tax Increment Financing <br />Plan to the Development Program. <br /> <br />Attached to this Restated Development Program is Exhibit I-B, "Municipal Action <br />Taken", which summarizes the City's tax increment activities within Development <br />District No.1 and its various Tax Increment Financing Districts. Also included is the <br />following definitional section for reference and convenience. Please note that these <br />terms shall, for purposes of this Restated Development Program, have the <br />meanings herein specified, unless the context otherwise specifically requires: <br /> <br />1-1 <br />
