<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Study Session <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />Minutes <br />Monday, January 23, 2006 <br /> <br />Call Roll Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called the Study Session of the Roseville City Council <br />to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers <br />on the above date and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers present were Pust; Maschka; Kough and Mayor <br />Klausing. Mayor Klausing noted that Councilmember Ihlan had <br />previously advised that she would not be in attendance at tonight's <br />meeting. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson arrived shortly after the meeting was <br />called to order, at 6:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on tonight's <br />Agenda. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing advised that two items had been removed for <br />additional research: Items 3 and 8 respectively entitled, "Fire Relief <br />Association Presentation regarding Pension Program," and "Discuss <br />Appeal Process for Liquor Citations." <br /> <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br /> <br />A. Dr. John Thein, Superintendent, Roseville Area Schools <br />Mayor Klausing welcomed Dr. John Thein, Superintendent <br />of Roseville Area Schools, District 623. <br /> <br />Dr. Thein congratulated Councilmembers Ihlan and Kough <br />
