Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br /> <br />5.a <br /> <br />Accept Donation from Marshall Fields to Roseville <br />Police <br />Police Chief Carol Sletner introduced Mr. Dan Buck, <br />Protection Manager for Marshall Fields; and recognized the <br />provision by Marshall Fields for $700 in funding to the <br />Roseville Police Department for use by the community- <br />based response team to prepare for disaster responses. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing thanked Marshall Fields and Mr. Buck on <br />behalf of the City Council, staff and citizens of Roseville. <br /> <br />Mr. Buck accepted the City's acknowledgment, and noted <br />that this was a small token of appreciation from their firm <br />in helping to keep their guests and employees safe. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, approval to accept the <br />donation of $700.00 by Marshall Field's to the Roseville <br />Police Department, for the purchase of instructional <br />materials for the Department's 2006 Citizen's Academy <br />program. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Maschka; Kough; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Recognitions, <br />Donations, <br />Communications <br /> <br />Donation from <br />Marshall Fields to <br />Roseville Police <br />
