<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Minutes <br />City Council Meeting <br />Monday, May 24, 2004 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Call Roll, Approve Agenda and Receive Public Comment <br />about City Issues <br />Mayor Klausing called the Roseville City Council Meeting to <br />order at 6:00 p.rn. in the City Hall Council Chambers on the <br />above date and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />Approve Agenda <br />Public Comment <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) Roll Call <br />Councilmembers Schroeder, Ihlan, Kough, Maschka and Mayor <br />Klausing. All were present. <br /> <br />Agenda Approval Agenda Approval <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder requested that Consent Agenda Item <br />3.m entitled, "Approve Audio Visual Purchases for City Building <br />Project," be removed for discussion. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder also sought clarification on regular <br />Agenda Item 6. entitled, "Vernon Albertson Application for a <br />Two Lot Minor Subdivision of Property at 3103 Asbury (PF <br />3556)." Councilmember Schroeder reviewed his interpretation <br />of Roberts Rules of Order, and questioned why the item was <br />back on the agenda. Councilmember Schroeder requested that, if <br />the item were to be reconsidered, the neighborhood would be <br />notified again of the Council's reconsideration. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing provided his interpretation of Roberts Rules, <br />and tonight's request that the item be put on a June meeting <br />agenda, and deferred to City Attorney Anderson for his legal <br />OpInIOn. <br />
