<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 06/14/04 <br />Minutes - Page 11 <br /> <br />Mr. Mayer noted several areas for staff s continuing diligence in <br />compliance with State Statute as they related to subcontractor <br />payments within contract language; consistent compliance of <br />local administrative penalties with statute; and consistency - <br />minor conflict with state statute; and written declaration by <br />vendors on their invoices that charges to the City are true and <br />correct. <br /> <br />Ilecess Ilecess <br />Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at 7: 11 p.m. and <br />reconvened at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough noted that Ms. Sarah Hilldebrand Reiling <br />had won two berths on the U. S. Olympic Team and would be <br />competing in Athens, Greece. Councilmember Kough <br />encouraged staff to include recognition of Ms. Reiling in the next <br />issue of the Roseville WRAP; and encouraged citizens to send <br />their best wishes to her for the upcoming competition. <br /> <br />6.5 <br /> <br />Consider Items Ilemoved from the Consent Agenda, <br />continued <br /> <br />3.i Consider a Ilequest by Mark Petersen for a Minor <br />Subdivision at 386 Wagner Street (PF 3572) <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke presented an overview of the <br />Minor Subdivision request process prior to Mayor Klausing <br />opening the Public Hearing. Several members of the <br />audience were in attendance regarding this request. <br /> <br />Mr. Paschke provided a brief summary of the request of <br />Mark Petersen, Accord Builders, for a minor subdivision in <br />accordance with Section 1104.04E to allow creation of an <br />additional legal conforming residential parcel from the <br />property located at 386 Wagner Street, noting that each <br />parcel would meet or exceed all City lot size requirements; <br />and staff was recommending approval. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka clarified that a Public Hearing <br />had not been held at the Planning Commission level due to <br />the type of subdivision request; with Mr. Paschke <br /> <br />Consider Item <br />3.i <br />Ilemoved from <br />Consent Agenda <br />Petersen <br />Minor Subdivision <br />386 Wagner St <br />(PF3572) <br />
