Consider Transit Shelters at Various Locations Consider Transit <br />Public Works Director Duane Schwartz reviewed the Shelters at Various <br />background of this issue, providing concerns of staff following Locations <br />their review of proposed sites for transit shelters; and other issues <br />related to the proposed franchise agreement. Mr. Schwartz noted <br />that Mr. Craig Piernot of Outdoor Promotions was present at <br />tonight's meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing recognized a written response from Mr. Piernot <br />included as a bench handout tonight related to staff concerns. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued related to commission rates; desire for <br />continued negotiations; trash cans at proposed shelters; and the <br />
