Mr. Welsch <br />noted that tonight's discussion involved three aspects: 1) <br />the Twin Lakes Report of activities through June 10, 2004 <br />and proposed future activities; 2) proposed procedure to <br />schedule upcoming detailed financial plan reviews; and 3) <br />a proposed development moratorium for properties located <br />within the Twin Lakes Master Plan area. <br /> <br />Mr. Shardlow reviewed the work to-date of the Twin Lakes <br />Advisory Stakeholder's Panel and their upcoming and <br />eleventh workshop on June 24, 2004. Mr. Shardlow briefly <br />summarized the various components of the panel's <br />discussions (Le., rationale, comments and alternatives for <br />land use and concept plans; transportation and traffic <br />analyses related to an assessment of Twin Lakes Parkway <br />and ramp modifications; retail types, sizes and styles that <br />address market viability of a project; and further <br /> <br />Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment <br />Update and <br />Council Direction <br />(PF 3552) <br /> <br />Stakeholder Panel <br />Progress Report <br />
