Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> <br />5.a <br /> <br />Approve a Cost Participation Agreement with Roseville <br />School District 623 for Storm Sewer Improvements in <br />the vicinity of the Harriet Alexander Nature Center and <br />Central Park Elementary School (Consent Item 4.c) <br />City Manager Neal Beets reviewed the history of drainage <br />issues in this proposed proj ect area, wi th storm water <br />runoff south of the Central Park School to the Harriet <br />Alexander Nature Center (HANC). Mr. Beets noted that <br />there had been problems with severe gullying and silt <br />deposits; which were also undermining the integrity of the <br />school parking lot.
