Take the necessary steps to assist the employee in meeting their development and work goals. This may include <br />creating an individual development plan for the upcoming year. <br /> <br />. Address the employee's workplace concerns by taking action yourself or referring the issue to the appropriate party. <br />Keep the employee informed of the progress you are making. If you are not able to resolve the issue, explain to the <br />employee the circumstances that prevent resolution. <br />
