The last thing we
need in Roseville is huge public financing for another retail development site. We don't need more traffic, we
don't need to shoulder the tax burden for investors, and we are already overcrowded with "shopping
opportunities". The moratorium on property improvement is blatantly unfair and unbalanced. Please feel free to
quote me at the meeting. There are far better ways to use this land and our financial resources .
Mary Seabloom
Huron Av
Roseville MN 55113
-----Original Message-----
From: Amy Ihlan [mailto:amyihlan@earthlink.net]
Sent: Saturday, August 07, 2004 12:49 PM
To: Amy Ihlan for Roseville City Council
Subject: Update on Twin Lakes Development
Dear All,
The Twin Lakes redevelopment proposal continues to move forward quickly.
