Summary of Conclusions Arising Out of the Personnel <br />Evaluation of the City Manager (former Agenda Item 8) <br />Mayor Klausing reviewed the recent performance evaluation of <br />City Manager Beets. Mayor Klausing noted that overall Council <br />consensus was that Mr. Beets was doing a good job; and <br />identified several specific areas to seek improvement. Those <br />items were identified as increased and improved communication <br />with Councilmembers; improved follow-up on issues involving <br />citizen complaints and identification of a mechanism to inform <br />Councilmembers of staff follow-up to bring closure. Mayor <br />Klausing concluded his summary of the Executive Session held <br />on Monday, August 16,2004. <br /> <br />11.
