Continued Public Hearing for Roselawn Avenue Street Resolution 10371 Reconstruction Project and Consider Ordering Improvement Plans, Specs & Ad Mayor Klausing noted that this Public Hearing was continued for Bids Roselawn from the January 9, 2006 regular meeting. Reconstruction City Engineer Debra Bloom provided a brief overview of the Resolution 10372 2006 Roselawn Avenue Reconstruction Project. Ms. Bloom Ordering Roselawn noted that approval by Falcon Heights was pending at this time; Ave. Improvement and further noted that staff was recommending Option B as outlined in the Request for Council Action dated January 30, 2006, setting an assessment rate at $28.05/foot. Ms. Bloom advised that, in working with residents, they had expressed interest in installing planters (cutouts) for day lilies, that would be salt-hardy and provide for less impervious surface, thereby softening the impact to the boulevard on the Falcon Heights side of the reconstruction project, and minimally reducing project
