<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 09/13/04 <br />Minutes - Page 27 <br /> <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstention: Ihlan <br /> <br />[8.3] Klausing moved, Schroeder seconded, to hold the second <br />reading and enactment of Ordinance No. 1311 entitled, "An <br />Ordinance Amending Title 10 of the City Code, Changing the <br />Zoning Map Designation of Certain Real Property at 2001 <br />Fulham Street from R-l Single Family Residence District to <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) with Underlying Zoning ofR- <br />3, General Residence District." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstentions: Ihlan <br /> <br />[8.4] Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) Agreement and Site Plan <br />(Final Developn1ent Plan) between the City of Roseville and <br />United Properties, subject to the conditions stipulated in Section <br />7 as per the Staff and Planning commission recommendation <br />(7.3, A through K) of the project report dated September 13, <br />2004; and subject to review by the City Attorney for format and <br />content; and approval by the City Manager. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstentions: Ihlan <br /> <br />11. Adopt a Preliminary, Not-to-Exceed City Budget and Tax Resolution 10243 <br />Levy for 2005 Proposed Tax Levy <br />Finance Director Chris Miller reviewed the requested actions for for 2005 <br />adoption of the City's Preliminary Tax Levy for submission to <br />Ramsey County by September 15,2004. Resolution 10244 <br />Preliminary Budget <br />Councilmember Maschka spoke in support of his previous for 2005 <br />suggested Levy of $10,761,015 representing a 10% increase to <br />address the structural budget issues created by the elimination of <br />state aids.
