Mayor, Council members and Neal, you were there representing the City in your leadership capacity and you could not even put aside your petty dislike of our past mayor to attend his receiving the Rose award for his past service to the city. "Neal, there was no photo coverage of the Rose award. You had Tim video Craig, and take photos of Amy and Tom's presentations, but nobody took any photos of the Rose award. Neal you should have made sure those photos were taken. Neal, you showed lack of leadership by not making sure all activities ran smoothly. You stood in the background as a member of the audience and let things happen as they may. When Amy was trying to start her presentation and could not be heard by the audience nobody stepped forward except John K and took charge and got the audiences attention. Also, to hold the Rose award in the new Council Chambers was a good idea, even though it meant moving the entire audience a second time and that is extremely difficult. It did mean though, that someone needed to take charge and make sure everyone got to the Council Chambers after the time capsule presentation. Since we did not have any rehearsal or discussion with the Council in advance, Neal you should have stepped in or had staff directing residents on where to go next.
