I BELIEVE THIS SHOULD BE CLEANED UP BEFORE <br />MOVING AHEAD. <br /> <br />10. THERE ARE SEVERAL HIGH DENSITY HOUSING PROJECTS NOW <br />BEING BUILT RIGHT NOW. FALCON HEIGHTS, LITTLE CANADA, <br />SHOREVIEW, AND NEW BRIGHTON. THIS HOUSING MARKET MAY <br />BE SATURATED. I QUESTION IF THE TIMING IS RIGHT FOR <br />ROSEVILLE TO COMPETE IN THIS MARKET RIGHT NOW. <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br />
