<br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Roseville City Council does not agree in principle to <br />provide public subsidies or any other public financial assistance to the <br />proposed Twin Lakes Redevelopment, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS agreement in principle for the City of Roseville to provide public <br />subsidies or other public financial assistance for the proposed Twin Lakes <br />redevelopment has not been reached, as required under Section 7 (a) of the <br />Contract for Exclusive Negotiations, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Rottlund has not met its requirement to "identify all real property <br />that must be acquired to undertake and complete the redevelopment, including <br />preliminary appraisals and relocation costs" as specified under Section 7(a) of <br />the Contract for Exclusive Negotiations, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council hereby exercises its option to <br />terminate the Contract for Exclusive Negotiations, and directs the Mayor and <br />City Manager to deliver written notice of termination to Rottlund. <br />
