Purchase Card Statement - ua{!e 3 <br />o Timothy Q'Neill- airline tickets to San Diego <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder questioned the status of a <br />moratorium on out-of-state travel for staff and <br />Councilmembers. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets noted that it was staff s understanding <br />that a moratorium did not exist, and the 2004 budget <br />included approved travel funds. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing directed staff to review past minutes <br />regarding travel bans, and subsequent lifting of the ban for <br />staff and Councilmembers. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough requested clarification of a <br />payment request: <br />.
