John Kysylyczyn, 3083 Victoria Street N <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn recognized and deferred to Mr. <br />Bahnemann's recollections related to the City's Fire <br />Department. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn requested that the City Council explain the <br />mural behind the Council dais for public information. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn also requested that the City Council <br />address the issue of flag etiquette to determine the <br />appropriate location for the various flags. <br /> <br />E. Della Gunard, 1716 Ryan Avenue W <br />Ms. Gunard spoke in opposition to the Twin Lakes <br />redevelopment project related to additional retail in the <br />area. Ms. Gunard opined her disappointment with the <br />Planning Commission's apparent lack of interest in the <br />concerns expressed by residents related to the additional <br />and detrimental traffic impacts in considering additional <br />retail development.
