(Kough <br />and Ihlan) <br />Counci1member Kough noted that he was not <br />supportive of eliminating maintenance positions, and <br />therefore questioned the minutes reflecting a <br />consensus to reduce staff. Counci1member Kough <br />clarified that he had suggested that a maintenance <br />position be combined between the Parks and <br />Recreation Department and the Public Works <br />Department. Counci1member Kough further <br />suggested that, if such a combined position was not <br />feasible, City Manager Beets should so advise the <br />Ci ty Council. <br />
