<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 11/08/04 <br />Minutes - Page 14 <br /> <br />City Manager Beets provided background information on Services Youth <br />provision for an EMT on site to rotate between the Basketball Games <br />basketball venues on game days; the cost of which was <br />completely reimbursed by the Roseville Youth Basketball <br />Association (RYBA). <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder questioned whether this cost <br />reimbursement included all materials and equipment. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets confirmed that materials and <br />equipment were included in the estimated cost margins; <br />and noted that Allina regularly replaced those medical <br />supplies used by the City. <br /> <br />Schroeder moved, Maschka seconded, approval of a <br />Contract between the City of Roseville and the Roseville <br />Youth Basketball Association (R YBA) for the Roseville <br />Fire Department to provide standby medical services fro <br />youth basketball games for the term from November 8, <br />2004 through October 31, 2005. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />4.5 <br /> <br />Proposed Oakcrest Cross-over Closing, Continued <br />Discussion Related to Proposed Draft resolution. <br />City Manager Beets and Councilmember Maschka <br />conferred on proposed language for Council consideration <br />for this resolution; as further reviewed briefly by City <br />Attorney Anderson. <br /> <br />Resolution 10258 <br />Snelling A v Cross- <br />over at Oakcrest <br /> <br />It was Council consensus that the resolution include several <br />attachments: the residentlbusiness owner petition, and a <br />draft of tonight's meeting minutes indicating the verbal <br />public comments received related to this matter. It was <br />further Council consensus that the resolution include <br />language encouraging MnDOT, at a minimum, to proceed <br />with an informational meeting with residents and business <br />owners to be held at the Roseville City Hall, to allow <br />concerned citizens and neighbors to comment, as well as <br />
