He also asked about a construction <br />timetable. Mayor Klausing referenced page 2 of the Staff <br />Report. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan asked about financial assistance. Mr. <br />Noonan indicated Rottlund still plans to seek financial <br />assistance. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan asked if it were definite that Costco would <br />be part of the Twin Lakes redevelopment. Mr. Noonan indicated <br />there was no contract with Costco.
