Existing and Build Traffic Movements Northeast Entrance <br /> <br />Parking <br /> <br />The largest parking area within Rosedale center is located directly to the south of the proposed <br />development and directly in front of the Movie theater main entrance. Additional parking is <br />located directly to the north of the proposed development. Movie theater peak parking demands <br />tend to be later than for general retail. Transit service will continue to operate at a location <br />convenient for mall patrons. The transit hub would be located to the south of the proposed <br />development just east of its current location and adjacent to the Movie theater entrance. Figure <br />17 shows the relocated bus staging area. The proposed development will be surrounded by <br />pedestrian plaza areas and landscaped walkways with pedestrian crossings the ring road and <br />connecting the sidewalks on county road B~2.
