AttachmentA <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />1 <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on 26thday of March, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. <br />2 <br />The following members were present: and the following members were absent: . <br />3 <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />4 <br />5 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />6 <br /> <br />7 <br />RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON <br />8 <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 BETWEEN HAMLINE AVENUE AND LEXINGTON AVENUE <br />9 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br />10 <br />WHEREAS, County Road C-2 between Hamline Avenue and Lexington Avenue is a Municipal State <br />11 <br />Aid roadway; <br />12 <br />AND WHEREAS, such roadways are proposed to be reconstructed using Municipal State Aid funds <br />13 <br />and the reconstruction of such roadways must conform to established State Aid standards; <br />14 <br />AND WHEREAS, State Aid standards do not allow parking on both sides of 2 lane roads narrower <br />15 <br />than 38 feet; <br />16 <br />AND WHEREAS, on County Road C-2 between Hamline Avenue and Griggs Street, where the street <br />17 <br />is 32 feet wide, parking will be allowed on the north side of the street, and prohibited on the south side <br />18 <br />of the street; <br />19 <br />AND WHEREAS, on County Road C-2 between Dunlap Street and Lexington Avenue, where the <br />20 <br />street is 32 feet wide, parking will be allowed on the south side of the street, and prohibited on the <br />21 <br />north side of the street; <br />22 <br />AND WHEREAS, Parking will be prohibited on both sides of County Road C-2 from Station 0+00 to <br />23 <br />1+00, 1+70 to 4+90, 6+88 to 10+77, and 16+80 to 19+66; <br />24 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that parking is <br />25 <br />hereby allowed along the north side of County Road C-2 between Hamline Avenue and Griggs Street, <br />26 <br />the south side of County Road C-2 between Dunlap Street and Lexington Avenue, and prohibited on <br />27 <br />both sides of County Road C-2 from Station 0+00 to 1+00, 1+70 to 4+90, 6+88 to 10+77, and 16+80 <br />28 <br />to 19+66; <br />29 <br />The motion was duly seconded by Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />30 <br />in favor thereof: and the following voted against: . <br />31 <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />32 <br /> <br />
