<br />~SI3V:IbbE <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, January 13, 2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Maschka, Kough, Schroeder 6:05 p.m. <br />and Klausing, met in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. and <br />welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council meeting. <br /> <br />I. Public Comment Public <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by n1embers of the Comment <br />audience. <br /> <br />A. Dr. Richard Verhagen, 176 Owasso Boulevard South <br />Dr. Verhagen wished to make a correction about the Boy <br />Scouts and "discrimination." In addition, he asked the <br />Council to revisit the designation of a newspaper in which <br />to advertise legal notices. Regarding the Roseville <br />Concerned Citizens' signs, "Save Roseville," with reference <br />to a website address, Dr. Verhagen spoke his opinion that <br />ww\v.anything constituted an advertisement. <br /> <br />B. Joe Machyowsky, 2690 North Oxford Street <br />Mr. Machyowsky spoke in favor of the Roseville Review as <br />the newspaper in which to publish the City's legal notices. <br /> <br />II. Review Agenda Review <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on the Agenda <br />Consent Agenda. There were no comments from the Councilor <br />the audience. <br /> <br />III.
