Discussion on Adjusting Fees for Various City <br />Services, Particularly Park Dedication Fees <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded continuation of <br />this item to a future Council meeting, pending comment <br />received from the Planning Commission and Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke commented <br />that interest in Park Dedication fees specifically had been <br />generated with the Masterpiece HOInes development, with <br />land or monies in lieu of land, not representing significant <br />dollar revenue for the City.
