Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />A. Approval of Minutes of January 13, 2003 <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded approval of the <br />January 13, 2003 regular Council meeting minutes as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough, Schroeder, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />XIII. Other Business <br /> <br />A. Police Report: Machyowsky Complaint Against <br />Sobola <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn advised that, by putting this particular <br />item on the Council agenda, the item had apparently been <br />resolved. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn sought clarification regarding the firm <br />identified on the stationery related to this matter, and why <br />the City's Prosecuting Attorney had not responded <br />according to his understanding from past policy <br />discussions with her. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets advised that he would clarify the <br />matter with Ms. Bell-Beckman, but he believed there was <br />a potential conflict of interest concern by Ms. Bell- <br />Beckman and it had been referred to another attorney. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough advised that resolution of matter <br />was an example of the benefits of having Council office <br />hours at City Hall; as he was able to confer with the Police <br />Department and bring resolution to both parties. <br /> <br />Approval of <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Police Report: <br />Machyowsky vs. <br />Sobola <br />
