Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. and <br />welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council meeting. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public COllLl11ent by members of <br />the audience. <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment <br /> <br />A. Dan Roe - 2100 Avon <br />Mr. Roe spoke regarding the undergrounding of electrical <br />poles; suggesting a systematic approach and future policy. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn asked that Mr. Roe attend the next <br />Council meeting where the matter would be under <br />discussion again. <br /> <br />B. Dr. Richard Verhagen, 176 South Owasso Blvd. <br />Dr. Verhagen spoke regarding perception and encouraged <br />Councilmembers to discontinue "making issues out of <br />non-issues" in their conduct at the bench, suggesting they <br />meet outside the Council Chambers to work out their <br />differences privately. <br /> <br />Mr. Verhagen spoke further regarding the City's <br />appointment of the St. Paul Pioneer Press as the official <br />legal newspaper for 2003; stating his opinion that this was <br />rewarding the newspaper for bad press to-date, and that <br />any potential lawsuit would be covered by insurance. <br />
