<br />~SI3VfbbE <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, February 10, 2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Kough, Klausing, Maschka 5:31 p.m. <br />and Schroeder, met in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Kough, Maschka, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn; with Councilmember Klausing arriving at 5 :32 p.n1. <br /> <br />League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) Attorney, <br />George Hoff, was present; along with City Attorney Scott Anderson; <br />staff members City Manager Neal Beets and Community Development <br />Director Dennis Welsch. <br /> <br />Executive Session 5:30 p.m. <br />The Council met in executive session to receive an update and <br />review issues related to the Roselawn Cemetery vs. City of <br />Roseville litigation with LMCIT Attorney George Hoff. <br /> <br />Attorney Hoff reminded Councilmembers and staff of <br />Executive Session guidelines and operating procedures; and <br />proceeded to provide an overview and background of the case <br />to-date. <br /> <br />With the exception of Mayor Kysylyczyn who expressed <br />concerns regarding additional fund expenditures, it was the <br />consensus of the Council majority to direct Attorney Hoff to <br />proceed as proposed. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the Executive Session and <br />reconvened in regular open session. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 6: 10 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment <br />
