<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 2/24/03 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />A. Restaurant Ordinance B-1 B Text (PF 3453) <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />provided an update of the City's 1959 code redefining <br />restaurants. Mr. Welsch advised that the time between the <br />first reading and recommended second reading and <br />adoption at the March 10, 2003 regular meeting would <br />provide for further review of the proposed ordinance by <br />City Attorney Anderson. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, holding First <br />Reading of an Ordinance "Amending Title 10, Section <br />1002, Definitions and Section 1005, Business Districts <br />Specifically Regarding Restaurants;" amending Sections <br />1002 and 1005; directed staff to notify the Chamber of <br />Commerce's Local Government Affairs Committee for <br />their comment; and scheduled the second reading and <br />adoption of the ordinance at the ITlarch 10, 2003 regular <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B. Park Dedication Fee Adoption or Ordinance and <br />Resolution <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, waiving of the <br />first reading, and adoption of Ordinance No.1278 entitled, <br />Ordinance Amending Title Three, Section 1103.07, Park <br />Dedication;" approved adoption of Resolution No. 10075 <br />entitled, "Resolution Establishing Residential Park <br />Dedication Fees;" and approved adoption of Resolution <br />No. 10076 entitled, "Resolution Establishing Commercial <br />and Industrial Park Dedication Fees," effective upon final <br />enactment of Ordinance No. 1278. <br /> <br />City Attorney Anderson concurred with the motion <br />inclusive of all requested actions, but advised he would <br />request City Council ratification of the Commercial and <br />Industrial Park Dedication Fee Resolution No.1 0076 at the <br />March 10, 2003 meeting; given that the present ordinance <br /> <br />First Reading <br />Restaurant <br />Ordinance B-1 B <br />Text (PF 3453) <br /> <br />Ordinance 1278 <br />Resolution 10075 <br />Resolution 10076 <br />Park Dedication <br />Fee Adoption <br />
