<br />~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, March 10, 2003 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Klausing, Maschka and 6:07 p.m. <br />Schroeder met in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. Councilmember Kough was not present, <br />having previously announced his unavailability for tonight's <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 6:07 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />I. Public Comment Public <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of Comment <br />the audience. <br /> <br />A. Al Sands, 2612 Aldine <br />Mr. Sands thanked area newspapers for making the public <br />aware of budget issues. <br /> <br />B. Dr. Richard F. VerHagen, 176 South Owasso Blvd. <br />Mr. VerHagen presented as a bench handout, a bill to the <br />City's Finance Department in the amount of $208.00, <br />representing his alleged violation by the City Council in <br />their action in designating the Pioneer Press, as opposed <br />to the Roseville Review, as the City's official legal <br />newspaper for 2003. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Review Agenda <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any comments or discussion on <br />the Consent Agenda. There were no comments. Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn announced the Consent Agenda items Band C <br />would be continued to a future meeting, pending receipt of the <br />necessary documents for consideration and review. <br /> <br />Review <br />Agenda <br />
