Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Schroeder, Klausing and Kough <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn was not in attendance due to representing the City <br />at a funeral for Ms. Nancy Reeves, the first Housing Planner for <br />Metropolitan Council; and most recently a Consultant for the 1-35W <br />Corridor Coalition; as well as having assisted the City of Roseville in <br />development of their most recent housing plan. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka had previously advised he would be <br />unavailable for this meeting. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Acting Mayor Kough called the regular meeting to order at <br />6:04 p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />III. Presentations <br /> <br />A. Recognition of Police Officer Maureen Sikorra, 2003 <br />Recipient of the Melissa Schmidt Community Service <br />Award from the Minnesota Association of Women <br />Police <br />Police Chief Carol Sletner provided a history of the award <br />and the cn teria in selecting recipients for the award. <br /> <br />Mayor Kough recognized Officer Sikorra for her <br />contributions; and proclaimed March 18, 2003 as Maureen <br />Sikorra day in Roseville. <br /> <br />Presentations <br /> <br />Recognition of <br />Police Officer <br />Maureen Sikorra, <br />Recipient of the <br />2003 Melissa <br />Schmidt <br />Community Service <br />Award from the <br />Minnesota <br />Association of <br />Women Police <br /> <br />I.
